Mother & Child hanging out, exploring fun shapes together in the aerial hammocks in this 90minute workshop
No previous aerial or yoga experience required, just some basic mobility and willingness to have some FUN! The workshop will be at beginner level, with options for the more experienced if they're up for the challenge
Tea & Cupcakes will be served in the Luxe Yoga lounge space to celebrate, relax and bond
Long leggings are recommended for your comfort in the hammock
Please avoid wearing any jewellery, hair accessories or zippers that may catch on the fabric and create holes
